Apply for accreditation
Application form for institutional and specialised accreditation, and how to submit it
Accreditation starts with a formal application. Download the form, fill it in, have it signed by the head of your institution and email it to us together with a copy of your licence — a CAAAE coordinator will then get in touch.

Step 1. Fill in the form
The application states:
- the service requested — institutional or specialised (programme) accreditation;
- the applicant's legal details: full name, address, phone, fax, email, website, bank account, taxpayer number, BIC;
- details of the state licence for educational activity;
- position and full name of the head of the institution;
- full name and phone number of the contact person for the accreditation body;
- series and number of the previous accreditation certificate, if any;
- total number of students.
If individual study programmes are to be accredited, attach their list with the code, title and level of each programme.
Step 2. Sign and scan
The application is signed by the head of the institution and stamped and dated. Scan the signed document to PDF.
Step 3. Prepare the annex
- a copy of the state licence for educational activity;
- copies of all annexes to the licence — every page.
Step 4. Send the email
Email the application to caaae.agency@gmail.com.
- Subject: Accreditation application — name of the institution.
- Attachments: the signed application as PDF and the licence with its annexes.
- If the attachments exceed 20 MB, include a link to the files in cloud storage instead.
What happens next
The coordinator confirms receipt and contacts you using the details in the application to agree on the set of documents and the schedule, after which an accreditation contract is signed. The stages are described on the Accreditation procedure page.
